Shipping & Returns

At Brellies, we want your order to arrive safely and for you to love your little piece of shade. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping, returns and exchanges.

Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your Brellies on its way to you.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Please note that delivery estimates begin once your order has been shipped and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays or other circumstances outside of our control.

Returns

We hope you love your Brellies purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. Items that show signs of use or damage after delivery may not be eligible for a refund.

To start a return, please contact us at support@brellies.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with the next steps.

Unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your Brellies arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.

We’ll review the issue and work with you to make it right.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account after it has been processed, depending on your financial institution.
